Four Ways I Help
My role flexes to what the family actually needs. Engagement happens in one of four modes:
- Primary advisor. I lead the engagement end-to-end, coordinating local agents, attorneys, tax
counsel, designers, and translators across borders. The family deals with one trusted
relationship; I deal with everyone else. - Coordination layer. Where you already have a local agent or counsel in place, I sit alongside
them as your single multilingual point of contact, translating the process and protecting the
family’s interests across countries and currencies. - Network amplifier. If you already have a property listed elsewhere in the world, I bring it into my
global cadre — exposing your existing listing to a vetted network of luxury advisors across the
U.S., Western Europe, Canada, and the Middle East. Your current agent stays in place; the reach
widens. - Trusted referral. When the right answer is simply the right person — and not me — I make the
introduction and step out of the engagement. You work with my partner directly. No
coordination layer, no fee, no involvement on my side beyond the introduction itself.
